Official Contest Rules

This contest is open to legal residents of the United States. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules. The GLAMOURVILLE Sail-Away Vacation Giveaway ("Contest") begins on July 17, 2009, and ends on January 16, 2010, at 11:59 p.m. (EST) ("Contest Period"). Contest is hosted by GLAMOURVILLE, 1241 Carpenter Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147 ("Host").

Eligibility: Contest is open to all natural persons age 18 and older who are legal residents of the United States for the duration of the Contest. Photographers, Makeup Artists and Wardrobe Stylists of Host, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter: Purchase 1 GLAMOURVILLE Official Logo T from: www.glamourvilleonline.com between July 17, 2009 and January 16, 2010 then; submit a picture of themselves in the T-Shirt to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it along with your name, address, telephone number and age or; book and complete a photo shoot with any of resident photographers from Glamourville, (prices may vary). The Host will promote GLAMOURVILLE Sail-Away Vacation Giveaway in newspaper and electronic marketing efforts. Participants will be directed to www.glamourvilleonline.com. Participants are required to complete an online entry form. Mandatory fields must be completed. By completing the online entry form for the Contest, the participant agrees to receive promotional information by e-mail from the Host and its partners. Each Official Logo T or each photo shoot that you purchase acts as a seperate entry into the drawing. If you purchase 3 shirts you will be entered into the drawing 3 times.

Host is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or non-delivered entries or for any miscommunication or technical failures as a result of contest participation. Upon receipt, photo entries become property of Host.

Participants agree that the Host, its affiliates, directors, officers and agents are not liable for, and will be held harmless against, any and all claims to injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this contest or from acceptance or use of any prize.

Prize: One winner will receive a 3-4 Day cruise with Carnvial Cruise Lines or applicable Cruise Line Company with the same itenerary, for 2 adults; including airfare to the Bahamas. The winner agrees to accept the flight and cruise days provided by the Contest which will be made with at least 60 days notice. As of June 1, 2009 all travelers entering the United States of America must posses a valid passport or valid passport card.

Other expenses and/or services not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner. No alternate prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted. Prize is not transferable. All federal, state, and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

All vacation reservations will be made by a representative of GLAMOURVILLE in agreement with the contest winner. Once the vacation has been booked the winner will be responsible for the cost of any changes made to the reservation. No extensions will be granted.

Selection of Winner: One winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received within 10 business days of the ending of the Contest Period. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of participants. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail at the time of the selection. An award notification will also be mailed to the winner. Winner will have 7 days from notification to accept the prize by U.S. Mail. Host is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner or for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts of winner to claim prize.

The winner and traveling companion will be required to sign and return waivers of liability, indemnification and medical release. A parent or guardian will be required to sign a waiver of liability, indemnification and medical release for each traveling companion below the age of majority. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed documents as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Winner: The registration name of the potential winner of the Contest may be publicly announced, at the Host’s sole discretion, in any media for the duration of the Contest Period and immediately following for up to 365 days, but the Host has no obligation to do so.

Any potential prize winner whose name is announced publicly as the winner of the Contest must qualify for the Contest in order to accept the prize. Host is not obligated to select, or publicly announce, any alternative prize winner. By entering the Contest, all participants agree that their registration names may be announced publicly either after or prior to the Host’s notification to them that they are a prize winner and either after or prior to the Host’s determination of their qualification for, or their acceptance of the prize. The Host reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner if such potential winner is determined to have been disqualified. You are not officially entered into the contest until you have received your entry ticket which will be given to you at the time of your shoot or mailed to you with your offical logo T. You must present this ticket when asked to do so at the contests end. The Host reserves the right to extend this give-away without notice.

Winners List and Official Rules: To obtain a copy of the winners list or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: GLAMOURVILLE - Vacation Give-Away, 1241 Carpenter Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147. Requests must be received no later than January 16, 2010.

Caution: Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage this website or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is in violation of criminal and civil law. The host reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
